Kennelridge Maestro had a wonderful debut in the show ring, winning or being placed in nearly all Championship Shows attended. (His first show was in late 2007 when he was awarded Best Puppy Dog at the Golden Retriever Club Open Show, judged by Mrs Gloria Gargan, Siagar.)

He was Best Puppy in Breed at his first Championship Show, Boston, judged by Mrs Julie Seamons, Messano.

In March 2008 he was Best Dog and Reserve Best in Show at the Eastern Counties Golden Retriever Club Open Show, judged by Mrs Jane Wild, Bluewaters.

Crufts 2008: Maestro was placed Second in Special Puppy Dog, judged by Mrs Pauline Bevis, Starlance.

In October 2008 he was Best Dog and Reserve Best in Show at the Southern Golden Retriever Society's Open Show, judged by Mrs Maggie Hammond, Merimoor.
